By downloading or using Lumina, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Lumina is a personal journaling application designed for manifestation and personal growth. The app provides tools for daily reflection, goal-setting, gratitude practice, and optional features such as horoscopes and tarot readings.

Lumina may use third-party advertising measurement tools to understand the performance of ads for Lumina. These tools do not receive your journal entries. Advertising measurement is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
The horoscope and tarot features are provided for entertainment and inspirational purposes only. They should not be relied upon for making important life decisions. We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive value of this content.
If you use AI-powered features (such as the chat companion), please note:
The Lumina app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.
You retain ownership of all journal entries and content you create. We do not claim any rights to your personal content.
Lumina is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data.
While we design Lumina to safely store your data locally and in iCloud, we cannot guarantee against data loss. We recommend periodically exporting your journal if you have Premium.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
