Where is my data stored?

Your journal entries are stored locally on your device and automatically backed up to your personal iCloud account. We never have access to your data.

How do I restore my journal on a new device?

Simply install Lumina on your new device while signed into the same iCloud account. Your entries will automatically sync from iCloud when you open the app.

Do I need to create an account?

No! Lumina works without any account. Your data is tied to your iCloud account for backup and sync purposes only.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings app: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Lumina.

I purchased Premium but it's not showing up

Try the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's Settings. If the issue persists, please contact us with your Apple ID email.

Can I export my journal entries?

Yes! Premium subscribers can export all their entries as a text file from the Settings menu.

How accurate is the horoscope?

Our horoscopes are generated for entertainment and inspiration purposes. They're meant to offer positive guidance and reflection prompts for your day.
